中餐馆都可以申请，小公司当然没有问题~

应该是公司开业并且顺利营业三年还是五年

正常按照规定交税, 就可以了

是的，看网站介绍是2周，但一定要材料交齐，否则补交后要等2－3月左右

请问一定要有毕业证才能申请么？我12月才能拿到，但我现在要申请km可以么？
