introduction week for new SID students

我的INFORMATION PACKAGE里没提要交钱啊,这到底是怎么回事?

i do not know the details about the introduction week. are u sure u have to pay it? there was no such activity at leat no requirement for money before.
It surely takes place in the last week before the academic year officially begins.
any further information about it? where u should gather?

Introduction day at the faculty: 25 August    For all the IEB students, this is free
Introduction camp: From 26 August to 29 August  For the first year student of the fomal 4-years IEB programme,you have to pay  45 Euro
Introduction programme for SID students: 8 September, the contribution for this programme is 15 Euro
Since only European residents have already received this introduction package, other people will get it after they arrive Groningen, naturally there is a little confusion.

Dear first-year students.
Welcome to the Faculty of Economics,
We hereby send you further information about the introduction and the possibility to order books at the Economics Faculty Association (EFV). This is important information, so read it carefully!
Introduction
The introduction consists of three parts:
1. Introduction Day at the Faculty
The introduction day at the faculty takes place on 26 August starting at 14:00 p.m. in the Zernike building, room 15 (ZG 15), Landleven 5. The day begins with an introductory lecture to inform you of the latest developments concerning your study programme. This is followed by a guided tour of the faculty. The guided tour takes place in small groups under the guidance of a senior student and you will be shown important locations that you will visit many times during your study. The group to which you are assigned will be made known on 26 August.
2. The Introductory Camp in Appelscha
The introductory camp takes place from Wednesday 27 August to (and including) Friday 29 August. The introductory camp is a MUST for all first-year students of Economics and International Economics & Business. In camp you have a chance to get to know your fellow students and to make the acquaintance of a number of lecturers and senior students in an informal atmosphere. 'Your own contribution for the camp is IE 45,-. Dutch students should use the enclosed authorisation form (Foreign students see next page.)
