导师问是否有意向读博士

一直觉得当大学教师很好，所以毫不犹豫地说有。可是冷静下来想想，我觉得自己对科研的热情不足以撑过这几年读博士的辛苦。矛盾挣扎中，怎么和老师说不呢？老师肯定要问为什么，我应该实话实说吗？

实话实说好了，对科研没兴趣的话，4年真的很难熬。

现在读了博士也很难进好一点的高校

有兴趣，做进去，时间很快；没兴趣，四年太长。工作和博士没什么大的本质区别，差别是一个不拿学位，一个钱少。读完博士直接回去，确很难找到好位置。能不能进好学校，要看很多东西：关系，文章,做的东西，经历...博士毕业后，在国外找个有名的地方再多混几年很有帮助。

u r working in a team.
ur work does not need to be novel.
