KM换工作

记的以前有人问 KM 换了工作 居留如何更改

其实IND网站上有明确说明 不过为了保险 我向IND发了邮件问了一下 下面是回复，前提下是你现在的居留没有过期

The old employer has to send a letter stating that you are no longer employed, and the reason why you stopped working. There is no form for this. The letter can be send to:
IND- loket kennis- en arbeidsmigratie
Postbus 3022
2280 GA Rijswijk

Your filenumber should be written on the pages.
The new employer has to send a letter stating that you started working. Also for this is no specific form. Along with this letter a copy of the employment contract and employers declaration should be send to the adress above.
The letter and attachments from your new employer should be send to IND two weeks before you start working.

瓦卡卡 如果大家还有什么问题 就贴上来 我最近倒是经常看ind相关的这些。。。 毕竟因为跟自己联系比较大 所以比较关心 ； 其实 有时候好多东西都在网上 只是需要时间去找。。。所以 大家都把自己知道说说出来 就更容易 以后的人拉

IND需要这两封信,仅仅是为了备案呢,还是要审批? 换句话说, 换工作需不需要等待IND的批准, 新公司是否必须已经具备KM资格?

备案还是审批 我就不知道了； 不过换工作不用等的。。。 把信给寄出去就好了。。。 新公司必须在ING的公司列表当中。。。 恩。。。。

问下楼主，那新的ID是用什么表格申请的呢？ 换工作算extension 还是 chang of purpose? 先谢啦！

换了工作 你原有的id不需要换的。。。；如果你换工作的时候 正好id也到期了 那你就要去做延期了（也就是extension）

如果你要换的公司 不在ind的km列表里面 你就要申请工作许可了（也就是wp） 这种情况 才申请更换居留原因的那种（chance the purpose of staying） 。。。
