这里干净吗？房子新吗？

The Emmastraat is in the centre of Enschede. Approx. 10 minutes by bus to
the campus, by bicycle approx. 15 minutes I think. The fee for water and
electricity is including the rent. There is unfortunately no internet
connection, there is a jointly telephone on each floor.


不可能房租包括水电费吧？
最郁闷的是没法上网？要命！
