最近一直觉得腰酸背痛，一定是因为离开了学校N久没有参加体育锻炼了。这样下去不行啊！！
各位美女们有何推荐？比如哪里有什么hip-hop班啊，或者其他运动行的班级？比较flexible的。

学瑜伽，但是等你上班了，估计就没有什么精力搞运动了。 也没有时间。

actually, I am not really sure about the graduate students from UvA, better ask.
