full position的博士确实有3000欧,但是德国鬼子狡猾着呢.大多数phd都是1/2position的.只有少数牛人能拿到3/4或者全位. 实际平均德国phd收入比荷兰低的.而且给你1/2的钱,并不意味你就可以一周只上19个小时的班.

是的，德国如果拿不到全位子就比荷兰收入少。不过个人觉得德国那边的研究氛围比较好，态度比较严谨认真，实验室管理等方面都比这边规矩些。相对而言，德国科研的经费相比荷兰似乎比较困难些。还有就是荷兰比较international, 荷兰同事比德国同事较好相处些。各有各的特点把。
