any phone? including mobiephone? i heard that if you use mobile you have to pay the baisc charge. with orange it is 1 or 2 euro per minute.

If you use mobile phone you pay the same as calling any other local numbers, plus the 3 cent per minute for calling china. I don't know the 'basic charge' of orage mobile.
