It might be necessary that you have to pick up your package by yourself (in
Amsterdam or in Rotterdam as these packages have to pass the customs).
Question 2: Hopefully you will understand that we can only pick you up
if you travel in one (or two: One from Beijing and one from Shanghai) group.
Cynthia of the CHEF office in Beijing can provide you with more information.
CHEF books the flights normally.
Question 3: We want to know the exact price! In English this sounds very
impolite! (More polite would be: Could you please inform us about the price
of the teaching materials, preferably as exact as possible?) You have sent
your message to one of my colleagues. He is teacher of English and he was
rather shocked by and some other 'poetic' sentences. You are going to study
business, so try to write your letters 'in a businesslike way'.
I cannot tell you the exact amount, due to the fact that we do not
know the price of some books which have to be reprinted. The amount is
approx. Euro 650. (Most of these books will also be used in the second
year). Within one or weeks you will receive a letter concerning the
literature list.
Question 4: Approx. Euro 220 per month for a single room
