IELTS is certain an important certification in Nearland and China. even all over of the world. but it's limited in two years. pay attention to it.
Now I'm trying my best to study English for passing IELTS. I think I can gain 6.0-6.5. Then go to Holland. :)
I think it's cheaper in China than in Holland(class and exam).but the exam is same.because it's from Britain.
