请教大家，国内的本科，工科动力方面的，已经做到部门经理了，男，36岁，因为老婆要到荷兰，可以取得MVV，现在一家美国世界500强做，请问这样的人在荷兰可以找到工作吗？

工作我觉得应该可以找到，只要英语流利就有机会。但估计做不到经理这一级的。。。

国内发展这么好，我觉得到了这边可惜了。

是属于动力维修，现在他管理的工厂比国外的那家还好些。只要有工厂生产方面的，就可以。

Generally it's a bad idea for you to come here looking for work, no dutch euducation, no dutch work expereience, don't speak dutch, level of English(?), not so young any more, had a management position...all these things work against you.

If you are very lucky, you may find a techinical position in your own field, forget about management, no chance, just a technical job, forget about further career, prepare to be cheap labour(maybe for the rest of your life).

This may sound bad but could be the reality, unless you are extreemly lucky, prepare to become a house-man if you come here. Don't even think about getting another education here and find another job, this is not America, nobody want to hire people who are over 40.

可能是我中文退化了，什么叫做“有工厂方面”呢？

那基本比较负责的告诉你，先学习荷兰语吧

不过LZ是有优势的，不要工作签证，有多年经验

如果想绕过荷兰语这道坎，要不低就，从技术干起（当然也不是像我们这种刚毕业的学生，干最苦最累的技术活），要不就高谋，至少也是全欧洲范围的一些工作，要不就利用自己的资源自己干。
