关于申请表的填写

我今天在填申请表时有几个地方不太明白，本人现在大四。
第一个就是Secondary School  写中学后，diploma应该写什么？
还是
     Certified copies of your diplomas/certificates (higher and        secondary education)             Certified copies of your academic transcript (higher and secondary        education)这里括号里的高中毕业证和成绩单复印件也要寄过去吗？？？但是在Require documents的介绍里没有要求寄这些,还说不要寄Requirement documents以外的资料。但是这里是并列and.

高中毕业证和成绩单的公证是必须要的，高中以后的有救做公证，没有也没关系的，只能从1年纪开始读而已

SECONDARY SCHOOL是MIDDLE SCHOOL，不是高中，请注意
