一般来说律师事务所都可以办理法律援助，但是不是很多律所愿意做。法律援助根据个人去年的收入而定。所以收入越高，相应要付的申请费就越高。

According to my experience, the person whose income two years ago is lower than certain amount of money can get money from government for 法律援助. So actually the lawyer can apply this money for you. What i paid is only about 90 euro. So when you have problem, you can ask for help from any lawyer without problem of payment.

My information is verified by the lawyers of different expertise. The reason why the lawyers don't like applying for legal aid, because it costs time and is not very profitable for the law firm. Legal aid only provides limited support. If someone has real problem, she/he should find out a best solution, not the cheapest solution, if the financial status allows.

需要满足的条件是：员工从海外来到这个公司具有某项特别的技能，或者是为了某个特别的工作。他/她年薪在35，000以上。通常员工在海外被雇佣，在某些特殊的情况下，在荷兰雇佣的员工可以申请ruling,但是这是极少数的情况。
我们可以申请ruling，但是依据这个人的所具备的条件和他/她的情况而定。
