visa: from 02-08-2007 to 01-11-07 (PEROID 1)
sticker: from 23-08-2007 to 23-02-2008 (PEROID 2)
Does it mean that I can go to China and Shengen contries and come back during PEROID 2?

I got the sticker on my passort on 23-08-2007 from IND rijswijk, and nobody told me anything about ID.
I have no ID now, so first I should go there to apply an ID and then a return visa?

You got the sticker because you're in the process of applying an ID from IND!
If you have an ID card, you can enter and leave Holland freely.
If you don't have ID yet, you need to apply for return visa to come back once your MVV expires.
To apply for a return visa, you need to call IND to register for a meeting first ( call the IND at least 2 weeks before your travelling date), and they will tell you which documents to bring.
