想了解一下在荷兰居住的外籍孩子，在荷兰上大学能有政府的资助吗？听说荷兰孩子是700欧一个月，学费和荷兰籍的学生有没有区别？先谢了。

I don''t really get your question. Could you make it clear? you want to know the kids at what age? for master,bacholer or something else? Generally speaking, students from non-eu country have to pay much more than the local students. There is no government support, unless you get a certain sholarship.

孩子现在上高中，是跟随父母来的荷兰，但不是荷兰籍，办的5年的居留。另，孩子会荷兰语。

I am not familar with high school. But for the universities, the tuition fee has several classes which depends on how many year the parents work in Holland and how much taxes you paid. If the parents work in holland more than 30 or 15 jaar(I am not sure),and the total amount taxes the parents paid over a limitation. Then the kid could pay as much as the local student. Otherwise, you have to pay for an extra part. Anyway, you 'd better to ask the university.

Just heared, if your kid has no dutch passport. You still have to pay as much as the international students.
