如果算经济的话,TILBURG是第一,不过最近好象排名第二的MAASTRICHT UNI超过了TILBURG,
下文中的OUR指的就是MAASTRICHT UNI
Survey on the quality of higher education: Faculty ranked first in both Economics and IB
Every year the Dutch opinion magazine "Elsevier" in cooperation with 'NIOP' (the Netherlands Institute for Public Opinion and Market Research) conducts a survey on the quality of higher education in the Netherlands. In the "Elsevier" survey, published a month ago, our(Uni maastricht) International Business programme ranked first in The Netherlands, while our Economics programme ranked second.
This week the results of a second survey on the quality of higher education in the Netherlands were published in the "Keuzegids Hoger Onderwijs". In the survey of the "Keuzegids Hoger Onderwijs" thousands of students gave their opinion about the content of the study programmes, teachers, testing methods, preparation for the labour market, teaching facilities etc.
In the group of Faculties offering broad Economics programmes, Universiteit Maastricht ranked first with a score of 6.94 (on a scale of 0 "poor" to 10 "excellent") , and the "Universiteit van Tilburg" ranked second with a score of 6.91.The "Katholieke Universiteit Nijmegen" ranked first in the specialised Economics programme 'Domeingerichte Economie', with a score of 7.06.
The International Business programme of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Universiteit Maastricht also ranked first in the "Keuzegids" survey (7.01), before Katholieke Universiteit Nijmegen (6.85). Also the Faculties of Medicine, Psychology and Knowledge Technology at Universiteit Maastricht ranked first in the 'Keuzegids" survey.
As a general result, Universiteit Maastricht ranked as the second best university of the Netherlands, after Universteit Twente .
We can be proud of our Faculty with the best scores in 2003 for academic education in economics and international business in the Netherlands.
