？？SOS------九月份去荷兰TU DELFT？？？？

中国今年有个“建设高水平大学的公派留学项目”，我是其中一员。我申请到荷兰TU DELFT大学的电气工程专业，师从J.J.SMIT教授（Dr.Sander Meijer 手下干事），进行一年的联合培养博士的研究工作。想问一下荷兰的TU DELFT是否有中国留学生学电气工程专业的。能不能介绍我认识一下。因为我打算九月份到DELFT，很多事情还没有办呢？不知道来的及不？

下面是TU DELFT大学的人给我发的信件，大致是帮我办签、住房和保险。
大家帮我参谋一下哈！太花钱了！

If you want me to arrange all this for you, these are the related costs for our CICAT office you will have to pay besides the actual costs for housing, visa and insurance. For each application the CICAT costs will be:
Application MVV and TWV (visa and workpermit)           700 euro
Aplication housing                                      150 euro
Application insurance of 40 euro each month               50 euro
TOTAL                                                   900 euro

Visa costs are 433 euro. + 400euro*12+40euro*12=5713euro

total costs：5713+900=6613euro
