The house is located in the center, you will share a bathroom, toilet, kichen, and a backyard together with another housemate.
The room is around 14m2, all basic furnitures are included. A keyboard is in a seperate room, if you play piano that would be perfect for both you and neighbours:)
Landlord is a really nice guy, being familiar with China and willing to talk if you like. He does not live here, but only comes for work sometimes at attic, he's looking for a Chinese female who can move in from July (June maybe also possible), and will stay at least one year.
