两个人一起留学的困惑

先说说我自己的情况，本科一般，211硕士，大学教师两年，计划申请博士，出于经济原因，倾向于荷兰、北欧，正在选国家和学校，大体方向是机械或者教育。想跟老公一起出去，在同一个国家。

他的情况比较棘手，是专科，有工作经验。97年被调剂到一所专科学校，环保专业，当时对计算机感兴趣，所以2000年毕业后到联想工作三年，然后出来开了家自己的计算机公司，近来觉得自己不适合从商，想继续学习，但是不想读什么经济或者管理专业，最好是工科。

不知道有没有什么专升本和预科之类的项目？在国内申请一起出去比较容易呢，还是陪读出去再申请学校容易呢？专科是不是很难申请到奖学金？如果陪读，博士的工资能支撑两个人的生活和学费吗？还有，陪读好办吗？

俺也不清楚，不过感觉经济压力比较大。博士那点工资，除了必要的房租保险养老金，还有吃饭交通，所剩无几了。还要交学费的话，不敢想象。
博士办理陪读是不会有问题的。其他不清楚。

I don't thik there will be any problem. Sweden, the netherlands, Norway, Finland are all good choices.

if he is really interested in technology, probably he can apply for university program immediately. he can probably skip some basic courses(it is negotiable) so he can get a degree (bachelor) as soon as possible.

of course, there will be preliminary course. but thinking that he already has quite some experience, probably it won't be very necessary. it is really expensive to do preliminary course, and I don't think there will be any scholarship for it. about the salary of PhD, it is enough for living expenses. tuition.. Sweden is cheaper in tuition, try it out.

take me as example, the 2nd year(after tax) 1500euro/month excluding tax refund,and holiday bonus. I rent an apartment of 80mm2 at a rent of 450euro/month(including even the internet). I spend a lot on food, and 100euro/month on insurance. so even I spend a lot on sport, hanging out, I still have more than 500euro/month saved.
so  I don't understand what does it mean by "所剩无几了"?
The condition in Sweden and Norway is even better.
I think LZ really needs encouragement since in any case it will be tough road, but she should know the truth before making any decision. and she can get a PhD in the netherlands or Scandinavian countries, financially she can bring her husband.
