ok, you have to go to center station, catch the metro 53. then get out at the ganzenhoef stop,from there, it is 10 mins walking distance to reach your desination.
from the dam square, it is also 10 mins walking distance to reach center station.
as for the time, i just put it randomly, from the center station, it is estimated around 30 mins for the total trip. hopefully it is clear.good luck

Take metro 54, and stop at Bijlmer station, then walk about 2 minuts. Acanthus is the back office of ING bank, it's a orange-ish building.
