急请教银行证明的问题

帮一朋友问关于存款证明的问题，比较着急。昨天荷兰给我朋友办反签的人说他提供的存款证明信息不够，说IND的要求如下：

l         A recent declaration of the bank, In which the balance of the account in the name of the guest and account member is demonstrated, this declaration should also indicate that the guest can dispose of this money at all times. The declaration should be clearly coming from a bank, stating the name, address and telephone number of the bank. The balance should fulfill the minimum requirements.

请有经验的战友给出个主意，国内哪个银行可以开这种证明，你们当初是怎么办的？急盼回复，非常感谢。

当初中介把什么资料都给你.
去了中国银行...然后给他看那个.和他说汇钱到.什么国家.

谢谢楼上。不过我朋友没有找中介的，荷兰这边直接帮他去申请反签的。而且他不是学生，是以访问学者身份申请签证的
