教授同意给phd位置 把学位公正和护照公证都寄到学校了 现在学校要在本国教育部先accredited我的硕士和本科的学历 通过后再注册phd
请问大家申请时学校也先accredited硕士和本科学历 然后再注册phd的么

--I have never heard about that. No one asked me for my master degree. I think it is not a problem. Just do what you are asked to do. Everhting will be ok.
