well, I studied in Sweden before and now in the netherlands.
lets temporarily leave academics aside(basically, I think it depends on the specific programme and your own diligence), sweden is boring compared to the netherlands(if we compare Stockholm to Amsterdam), but it is cheaper(at least until now). It is true that the universities in Stockholm don't have many bachelor programmes taught in English. If you can live in a very quiet and boring environment for 4 years, you can try Sweden.

sorry, don't know much about business, but the best business/economics universities are stockholm institute of economics, and stockholm universities. so try these two, they have very good reputation, especially stockholm institute of economics.
