专家们啊，瓦大的Bioinformatics和Biotechnology改如何取舍？

帮朋友问一下，这两个名字看起来差不多的专业对学biology的学生来说应该选择哪一个呀？

请问有人是学这方面的吗？

PS：顺便再问下，瓦大这方面在荷兰来说算强的吗？谢谢~~

bioinformation限制要选修的课比biotechnology多
biotech有很多不同方向,跟 bioinfor有重叠的课程,不过大概学的不是很深吧

总之各人觉得 biotech在W大选择多

LZ, do you know any programming languages, such as JAVA, or Perl?

there are not too many bioinformatics master programs in Netherlands

Wageningen is good...........i think

but you should know that..........it would be very difficult for a biology student to dive into bioinformatics without knowing any programming skills (just like me)

and if you choose bioinformatics, you may never go to the lab.........just sitting in front of the computer everyday...........so think about it...........
