请问去荷兰做博后的签证是不是反签证？

我即将去荷兰做博后，看了很多帖子上说学生签证都是反签证，请问在荷兰做博后的老兄，博后的签证是不是反签证？下面是对方人事部门给我发的信，前面是叫我办出生认证，后面的话是：

她这样说是不是我的签证是反签证？

一般也是学校反签的。
