我想请问一下外派人员想要办理荷兰的工作签证的话是不是要出示毕业证书的？如果要出示的话是不是会一个一个的查，还是只是抽查。谢谢
学历要办理公证和双认证的，如果你能搞到公证和外交部认证肯定没是。
