Sau I use is cheese sau....one pack bought from Edah...forget the name, next time I have then post up...but also you can use another sau "oven schotel saus", they use to bake potato, I like to use the one with "bacon ui"....taste very good with fish...(need to add some milk to cook it then not that thick)
