hard to say,it much depends on whether the offer is available or not now, otherwise you have to make the own proposal .In general, publications are not "very" attractive factor except more than 5-10.After the defense, most of ph.d should get several publications out.

因为家人在荷兰学习，所以才想过来的。也没想要什么TENURE，只是不想两个人分开。不知道家人在荷兰的话，申请的时候教授那里有没有什么影响？还是会有帮助？IND那里呢？
