Measure theoretic probability, stochastic integration, your score is mainly base on the homework you do. It is everyweek, which means a lot of work every week.
there are very few course which you can get high grade easily. If you are a brilliant student, you can, but if you are just normal, definitely no.
VU will give you a list of possible places to apply, though you need to apply your self. UvA in general helps nothing. If you choose the right professor, he might help
keep in mind there is ONLY mathematics in that. of course these mathematics is useful in financial mathematical fields, but unless you can make up finance and programming parts yourself, they don't give you much advantage.

UNLESS you have a STRONG background in math, do not choose it. It's not a programme for fun. |
