怎样续ID？？？？

小妹已经在荷兰带过一年，可是现在要去别的城市读研，
请问我怎么才能续ID呢？
我的意思是说
1，续ID都需要些什么材料呢？
2，本来应该提前三个月寄材料，可是我本人现在在国内没法准备齐全，是不是只要在ID没到期之前寄都行呢？

因为经验不足，还请各位前辈多多指教

换城市ID应该重新办理吧

You cannot send your file directly to IND. Because you will move to another city and change your school, you have to apply for the Verblijfsvergunning zonder MVV, which is different from the procedure of prolonging.

What you have to do is to go to your local city hall, and explain your situation. They will tell your all the documents you need and arrange an appointment for you. It costs about 433 instead of 52.

You can apply for that before the date when your current ID expires (when you come back from China).
