<span style=color:#00FFFF>没煮熟的四季豆</span> :如食用没煮熟的四季豆,或外表是青色的菜豆,便会中毒,导致头昏、呕吐,严重者甚至致人死亡。

<span style=color:#00CED1>新鲜黄花菜:</span> 集市上的鲜黄花菜虽然新鲜,但因含有水仙硷,进入人体后,经氧化作用使人出现腹痛、腹泻、呕吐等中毒症状。若将新鲜黄花菜在水中充分浸泡,使水仙硷最大限度地溶于水,便不会产生上述症状。
<span style=color:#6495ED>变色的紫菜;</span> 若凉水浸泡后的紫菜呈蓝紫色,说明该菜在干燥、包装前已被有毒物所污染,这种紫菜对人体有害,不能食用。 |
