听说16年出了新的租房法案，我查了 7:271是这么写的： Contrary to Article 7:228 paragraph 1, a lease agreement related to a residential space that has been entered into for a fixed term does not end on the expiry of the lease period; it may be terminated by each of the parties by means of a notice of termination taking effect as of a termination date which is an agreed rent payment day, not being a date before the moment on which the fixed lease period has expired.
