一月二号刚考过理论,很开心。 之前借鉴过论坛里的经验,看到近期的经验分享不多。贴我笔记和经验在这里,希望帮到最近要考试的人。

【笔记】
我是自己看书然后做练习的,没有记全面的笔记,但是记下了我觉得最容易混掉和忘记的部分。只有英文笔记
Symbols and Languages:

Bike sign: cyclists and snorfietsers
Small big wheels: motor vehicles no faster than 25; does not include microcars (45)
Bike with a back seat: moped riders
Axle weight: one of the axles of your vehicle
Milieu zone: heavy goods vehicles that don't fall in line with certain emission standards, with polluting, old engine.
inhalen: overtaking
Toegestaan: allowed

Defensive driving: taking the interests of other road users into account

Road Signs:

Round road sign: must follow
  • Red circle with white background: closed to ...
    • with a black strip at the middle: stop (politie/douane)
  • Blue with a white arrow pointing downwards: you may pass to the indicated side
  • Blue with given direction: you must follow (one of) the given directions
  • Blue with slow motor: obligated to use the passeerstrook
  • Blue with bus/tram/heavy goods: line restricted to scheduled buses/trams/heavy goods
    • with horse riders: a bridle path is not permitted to walk or cycle on
Square road sign: suggestion
  • Blue with one arrow: one way street
  • Fietspad: optional; the ones without an engine may use, otherwise not
Triangle road sign: warning

  • with a tilting car: An accident has occurred
  • With fence: level crossing with barrier or gates
  • With train and smoke: level crossing without barrier or gates
  • With cross: level crossing with one track; two or more tracks
  • With level crossing g and red stripe: every strip is 80m
Bottom plates: additions to traffic signs
  • two arrows towards each other: crossing traffic from both directions
  • Two arrows away from each other: the sign used in combination is effective in two directions
  • Thick and thin lines: direction of priority roads
Yellow square: priority road
Parking signs
  • with a loading truck sign: reserved for immediate loading and unloading of goods
  • P+R: only if you plan to travel on the public transportation system
Prohibition to overtake: also for motorcycles
Red circle: closed to all in both directions, except for pedestrians.
White stripe: one-way street closed
White arrow on blue square: one-way street open
Distance between hectometer posts is 100m.
road:
  • deceleration lane is a part of carriageway but not part of the continuous one.
  • Road is between ditches and verges (including road side and median strips)
  • dring lane is outside of the roadways
  • emergency / rush hour lane can be parts of roadways


Priority Cases:

At an equivalent intersection, drivers from the right has priority, including cyclists and pedestrians.

When facing shark teeth, give way to all traffic.

When both facing shark teeth, turning ones give way to going straight ones.

When turning, car must give way to traffic continuing straight on the same road (including pedestrians);
Unless shark teeth is in front of the car going straight.

The first car of funeral procession follows the road rules;
However, when the first car already passed, you must wait not to break the procession.
proceedings have priority over bus in built-up area and pedestrian crossings

Shark teeth in front of the tram, tram must give priority;
In case of no other regulated priority, tram always goes first.

Speed Limits:

Motorway: 130
  • allow to drive: 60

Autoweg: 100
  • allow to drive: 50
green filling road: 100

  • T 100 bus is allowed here: 100
  • An ordinary bus is allowed here: 80

Outside of a build-up area: 80
  • double line marking: 80
  • when no axle marks in the middle: 60

Build-up area (name): 50
Erf: 15
Footpath / pavement: 6
Towing a trailer with maximum 3500kg: 90 on motorways and autoweg; 80 outside of built-up area
Moped: 45
  • segway: 25

microcar: 45
vehicle for disabled people: 45

Speed calculations:

Stopping distance=reaction distance+braking distance
Reaction distance=speed/10*3 {Reaction time for an average driver=1s }
                         =meters / sec you travel
Braking distance=(speed/10)(speed/10) /2
Safe distance (distance headway)=speed/2+10%

Parking & Stopping:

not allowed to stop:
  • next to a yellow continuous line
  • a bicycle lane
not allowed to park

  • Outside of built-up area, on a priority road
allowed stopping

  • allow drive, stop and park on

  • in Erf: only in parking spaces


Light:

Front fog light: visibility is poor due to fog, snow or rain
Rear fog light: when visibility <50m, due to fog or snowfall, not rain
White or yellow: reversing lights, dipped beam, side lights and main beam
Red: rear lights
Sun shines on the back window of your car: dipped beam
indication to turn off/before intersection

  • in a residential area: 50m
  • on autoweg outside of built-up area: 150m
  • On motorway: 300m
no main beam: fog, heavy rain, snow

Towing:

You are allowed to tow with License B, when
  • trailer heavier than 750kg, together with the car do not exceed 3500kg >carry own yellow license plate
  • Trailer weighs up to 750kg > white license plate with registration number of the car
not allowed to tow 2 wheels
when longer than 7m combined, only allowed to use the left lane for sorting
towing cable
  • keep tight, less than 5m
  • maximum 1500kg must have: a breakaway cable or a secondary coupling
  • more than 1500kg and less than 3500kg must have: anti-lock braking device
  • anti-lock and auxiliary coupling may never be used together

  • trailer H 4m, W 2.55m, L 12m (with car 18m)
  • towing rope: 5m

projection
  • roof racks or loads do not project more than 20 cm on each side
  • roof project more than 1m in front: markings
  • loads do mot project more than 1m from the rear; mo more than 5m beyond the rear axle
  • loads may not project in front of the car or trailer
  • long indivisible loads
    • for cars
      • 1m front and back limit
      • 5m from the back axle
    • for trailers
      • not allowed in front (over tow shaft is ok)

Special Notes:
rural traffic often has poorly functioning lights (red triangle mark)
  • [size=13.3333px]red-and-white strips sings: with protruding parts
Winter tires have a longer braking distance than summer ones, is made for below 7 degrees
Tyre
  • Minimum tread depth: 1.6mm; recommended: 2mm
  • low tyre pressure increase the rolling distance
APK inspection
  • no need to carry in your car
  • running on petrol; after 2005: 4,2,2,1,1,..
  • running on LPG or diesel; before 2005: 3,1,1,..
stop immediately if the car no longer meets safety requirements
  • Air bags are not required in NL
brommobiel has a yellow license
Insurance
  • at lease liability insurance
  • All-risk insurance cover: the damage of yours and the damage you cause
  • one year insurance
  • green insurance card: not mandatory to bring in the country
Maximum prison sentence for driving under the influence of drugs: 3 months; 8200euros;suspension of license for maximum of 5 years
Alcohol

  • Novice driver
    • less than 0.2 allowed
    • 0.5-0.8 (220-350) LEMA
    • 0.8-1.3 (250-570 EMA
  • Experienced driver
  • tunnel effect
  • 1/1.5h for one glass of alcohol

Road
  • can be slippery from 2 degrees
  • Can be treacherously slippery if it starts to rain after a long dry period (dirt and oil on the surface)

  • car with trailers, lorries may not

【经验】
书完整看过一遍, 翻过重点一两遍。书上没有做过笔记,几乎全新。最新版,需要也可以出。20。
重要的是要做很多练习,不断练习不太好的地方。我笔记里很多就是根据联系总结的。
我做了cbrexamens和leertheorie
cbrexamens里面可以先看每一部分的讲解,再做练习。 还有一天到期,就不分享账号了。
leertheorie我认为很有用哦,虽然里面偶尔有错误。最好和书对照。这个我最后做考试模拟都可以通过了。至少做过这里面90%的题会比较有保证。 因为昨天考试里面是由没有遇到过的问题的。这个账号只剩3个小时有余。4Euro 转,和网上价格一样不需要等。买书送你。

【机经】
第一部分没有特别的题。要记得这部分主要考spotting危险的能力和对速度的认识。首先考的时候不要着急开始,不要慌张。每张图出现只看图就好了,图上有所有信息,不需要读问题(因为问题只是重复速度然后问你要怎么做)。基础的是看到路上有物,前方有vulnerable road users都要brake, 比方说球,动物,骑车人等等。如果看到有危险标志,糟糕天气,视线不好,都请release。非常少的情况你可以什么都不改变,那就是你速度对你的路况来说很低,而且路面上没有危险。这就是为什么要对速度有认知。

第二部分我有错两个:
1、在 E7 下面可不可以让乘客下去。 (可以)
2、speed pedelec has to follow the rules of ? (moped) 这个应该是新规定,我没有在练习和书里看到噢。
大部分问题是标准的速度,转弯,优先,路标,road user, 超车等做练习都会遇到的问题。一定要掌握这些基础噢。因为有的人给我过考试和开车不一样的印象,其实没有。这些基础的规则是开车的时候是非常重要的!
值得注意的是看下交警手势。虽然平时交警不会用那样的手势叫停,但是考试会考。看下自行车道停车和pre-sorting的规定。
非常细节的拖车带cargo相关的问题没有看到。
其他就没有留下什么印象了。做过大部分练习就ok!


有问题可以问我讨论。也许我也可了解到新的东西。

我有问过荷兰家人朋友和教练,都不太确定。但我认为应该是mountain bike,或者commuter bike那样可以达到高速的自行车。好像政府发过一个新规定,要遵循moped规则。

According to the theory book I recently bought, on page 63, it's written "Load protruding more than 1 metre must be marked with a marking sign intended for that purpose. A red flag or any other kind of marking is NOT permitted". So it's wrong!
