公司简介 FuLu Mandarijn Amsterdam is a famous Chinese Restaurant, which is located in the centre of Amsterdam (2 minutes walking distance to Dam Square). We have a traditional Amsterdam building with 3 floors of dining space, which could hold maximum 220 people simultaneously. FuLu Mandarijn is well-known for its Sichuan Cuisine – Hot & spicy dishes. We are continuously improving our food as well as service.

工作内容 To strengthen our team of wait staff, we are looking for an enthusiastic and guest orientated waiter (We can offer KM if working performance is satisfying).
As a Waiter, you are responsible for serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Waiter will also be required to have extensive knowledge of menu offerings.
1. Able to work in all areas of Food & Beverage including Bar and Restaurant
2. Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner
3. Take and deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service
4. Prepare set ups for tables
5. Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
6. Up-sell with latest departmental incentives
7. Maintain cleanliness of work areas
8. Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
工作要求 (We can offer KM if working performance is satisfying).
1. Male ages between 20 to 40
2. Minimal HBO level, a preference for a graduation of Hospitality / Business Management or similar study;
3. Speak English and Chinese fluently; Dutch is a plus
4. Positive attitude
5. Good communication skills
6. Flexible, hard-working, proactive and willing to take on new challenges
7. Excellent presentation skills
8. Success driven
9. Competent level of IT proficiency
