A new experiment on language and music for speakers of Mandarin (Spring/Summer 2016)
We are currently preparing a new experiment on language and music. For this experiment we are looking for native speakers of Mandarin who are willing to lend us their ears (and brains). Preferably you are right-handed and have less then 5 years of musical training.
In this experiment you will listen to spoken words in Mandarin while listening to short melodies. We will measure your brain activity using non-invasive EEG methods. The experiment will last between 90-120 minutes (including set-up and some questionnaires) for which we can offer a modest fee of 30,- Euro.
