急问奖学金申请填表问题，请前辈们赐教

各位申请过外国奖学金的前辈们：
偶现在在申请一个国外的奖学金，填表过程式中遇到一点问题，请填过类似表格的前辈们赐教：表格部分内容如下：
Degree：(e.g. Master, Dipolom, DEA)----------------------------

Grade：

Your grade--------------------------

University best-scale-value-----------------------


University worst-scale-value---------------------

Date:

completed(mm.yyyy)
----------------------------------

expected(mm.yyyy)
----------------------------------
以上三项是表格的中连续的部分，其中Degree一项知道怎么填。问题在于后两项：
1.Your grade是指在学校所得的平均成绩么？（是不是要算加权平均）？
2.University best-scale-value与University worst-scale-value分别指的是什么？
3.Date:我现在是在读硕士，研三，明年7月毕业，应该填什么呢？用两个空都填么？该怎么填呢？

(2)yes!I think your grade of Bachelor had already been calculated since you graduated.
As to the grade of master's,you could do it yourself or ask your college for help.
Best:100(5.0)
Worst: 0(0)
(4)date : you only need to fill in the "expected" 7/2010
