学 inburgering的 270欧 据 说 可 以 返 还 的 ， 真 的 吗 ?

这个inburgering到底给什么人的offer啊？我前两天也收到一封信要我去赴约，我没去，打个电话他们说学生跟工作的都不行。那干吗还给我发啊？我问他什么人能去，他就是不告诉我。。。谁能告诉我什么样的人才能拿这个offer阿？

Integration minister Eberhard van der Laan is set to scrap the €270 immigrants have to pay to attend a compulsory integration course, reports news agency ANP.

He thinks this will stimulate more immigrants to attend the courses.

Van der Laan will present his proposal to the cabinet on Friday, a spokesman confirmed to Trouw.

只知道上次去市政厅约的时候说要在3个月内很好的去学，没有说一定要考到什么
就可以不用交270，要是在头三个月内，迟到，早退，没去，就要罚270欧
