公司简介 Reporting to Product Manager, the product specialist is to obtain customer feedback and suggest appropriate product revisions. Interfaces with product managing team in Asia to determine the product\'s future direction. Support sales team by means of new product introduction training and providing technical/commercial solutions. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.
Your responsibilities include: Work with sales team in developing projects in order to achieve company revenue goals. Establish pricing strategies and guidelines for new (EU) product development. Obtain customer feedback and suggest appropriate product revisions. Recommend product enhancements and updates to identify new business opportunities. Conduct product trainings to sales team. Support marketing collaterals, advertising materials, tradeshows and other promotional activities. Assist in new product introduction and release activities. E.g. translation Address customer issues and concerns in a timely fashion to ensure customer satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge. Maintain complete documentations for all product related activities. Search for suitable OEM supplier in EU to complete product line range.
工作要求 Education level: bachelor and above, in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or career in similar fields Good knowledge of switch mode power supply market as well as it’s applications is a plus Strong sense of responsibility, respect timelines and schedules Independent and highly self-driven personality Fluent in English and Chinese. Other European language is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe software is a plus Able to work in The Netherlands
