荷兰各种申请的standard amounts as adequate financial resources

这两天想了想，决定做个荷兰对于各种申请的最低要求。

信息来源于IND和其他网站

月收入

Married couples and unmarried couples living together （结婚或是同居）

含度假金： 1586,95 euro per month
不含度假金： 1469,40 euro per month

The above-mentioned amounts are gross amounts （税前收入）. This is the amount stated in the contract of employment or the salary specification (payslip). On your payslip you can find this amount for example in the section SV-loon (Wage for social insurance purposes). SV-loon is sometimes also referred to as "loon SV" or ‘(bruto) loon SV (gross SV wages)’. The income must be available for at least 12 months at the time of the application. （申请时该收入至少在接下来12个月中可以获得，换句话说，申请时需要保证你的合同有效期为一年）

每月最低经济支持

Higher vocational education and university education （HBO或是WO)

每月最低经济支持： 813,29 euro per month

注意哦，这个数据是除去你的学费的。

比方说，你在University of Twente读一年制的master，学费是10,000欧，那么实际上你这一年的经济支持会是

10,000 + (813,29*12)，大约为2万欧

KM最低年薪

Highly skilled migrant older than 30 years （KM年龄超过30岁，这个是指直接从国外过来的）
年薪： 52,010 euro yearly

Highly skilled migrant younger than 30 years （KM年龄小于30岁，这个也是指直接从国外过来的）
年薪： 38,141 euro yearly

Job-seeking year for graduates （荷兰毕业的KM，不管年龄是30以上还是30以下）
年薪： 27,336 euro yearly

特别说明，荷兰境外毕业的，只要符合以下条件：TOP200以内学校（TIMES, 上交大排名或是QS）的研究生或是博士毕业，申请找工作签证入荷兰境内，之后如果找到工作，使用的是27,336 euro yearly这个标准。但是，如果没有申请该找工作签证，直接过来，使用的是52,010 或是38,141 euro yearly （看申请者的年龄了）。

EU Blue Card: conditions

The EU Blue Card is a residence permit for highly qualified employment of third country nationals in the European Union. The EU Blue Card Directive is implemented in Dutch immigration legislation. Applications for the EU Blue Card can be submitted. The following criteria must be fulfilled:

Work
A valid work contract or binding job offer of at least one year.

Salary
The agreed salary has to be at least the threshold set by the individual Member State. The threshold in the Netherlands is an annual gross salary of EUR 60,952.

Professional qualifications
The EU Blue Card applicant must have succesfully completed a post-secondary higher education program of at least three years.  In order to prove this a diploma or certificate has to be submitted. Foreign diplomas must be evaluated by the Dutch organisation IDW.

Valid travel document
The applicant must have a valid travel document, e.g. a passport.

Not pose a threat to public policy, security or health
The applicant shall not pose a threat to public policy, security or health. Overstaying of a previous visa and the registration thereof in the Schengen Information System is not a reason to reject the application.

Submittance of application
If the applicant is a national from a country which needs a entry clearance visa (in Dutch: machtiging tot voorlopig verblijf, MVV), the application can only be submitted when the applicant is residing outside the Netherlands. However, nationals from Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, South Korea and the USA are exempted from the MVV requirement. A MVV is also not required for holders of a valid Dutch residence permit, the holder of an EU Blue Card in another Member State, or the holder of a EC-long term residence permit in another Member State.

A decision on the application for an EU Blue Card shall be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 90 days of the application being lodged. If the employer is a sponsor recognised by the Dutch Immigration and Naturalisation Service, a decision will only take 2 weeks.

The employer can file the application in the Netherlands, or the employee can file the application at the Dutch representation at his or her country of origin / residence. If the foreigner is already in the possession of a Dutch residence permit, e.g. a highly skilled migrant permit (kennismigrant), it is also possible to apply for a change of residence permit into EU Blue Card, provided the conditions are met.
