KM申请被拒，签证应该是到哪一天截止？

你这种情况断档基本上是确定了，除非IND政策有变。想留下来就是找个靠谱的律师去办理。公司资质没下来的很麻烦，这个就看律师的能力了。理论上你只要申诉，就可以继续贴sticker。

你好，律师今天通知，说会帮我申诉，说如果公司的KM资质批下来，个人的申诉也成功的话，只会有一个“procedural residence gap”  

但是我不知道这个procedural residence gap具体是指什么？是不是就不算断档，还是只什么？

律师还说如果都批下来，还是可以申请欧明永居，觉得不太明白律师是什么意思，一下是律师的原话：only if we win both the Xuan Ye International appeal for recognized sponsorship and the individual KM appeals, all would end with only a procedural residence gap. This would mean that they would still remain eligible for EU long term residence status, after 5 years of legal stay (+the time spent during the appeal phase, and in which study time is only counted as ½).
