非荷毕业生search year 签证申请，出生证明的问题

本人是非荷毕业生，想申请high educated person 的search year的签证。看官方文件说这是打分制的，其中年龄在21-41可得5分，需要的证明是birth certificate. 我想问的是这个birth certificate 是那个所谓的出生证明双认证吗？ 我手上有个出生医学证明，它的英文也是birth certificate, 有中华人民共和国卫生部的章。用这个可以吗？ 有谁办过吗能够指点一二，谢谢啦~

如果你是96年以后生的，那就需要用出生医学证明，96年以前出生的应该没有出生医学证明呀

医学证明当然可以啊，
另外问下，英国大学排名多少的学校**后才可以申请荷兰Search year 啊？

​If you have graduated or obtained your PhD, you may be eligible for the orientation year for highly educated persons. One of the main requirements for the orientation year, is that you have obtained a Master's degree or a PhD from a Dutch university or a university that is included in the top-200 of the most recent Times Higher Education World University Rankings, the most recent QS World University Rankings, or the most recent Academic Ranking of World Universities (also known as the Jiao Tong Shanghai ranking).
