请荷兰奶牛专家指导加旅游

青海省外国专家局的一个项目，要求请个老外过来做指导，主要是让外国专家过来指导如何提高荷斯坦奶牛的产奶量，飞机票和食宿都由外专局提供，也就是免费旅游一趟。

My colleague Jin Xin-yan (金鑫燕) have an inviting expert project this year, and it is about improve milk performance of dairy cow. If you know someone who major in animal science, especially in milk cow, could you please invite one person for her to do some technical guidance, and it will be better if he can speak English. She will afford air tickets, accommodation fees and meal fees, he who want to come to Xining（西宁） needs to provide his passport, and his research PowerPoint is best about improve milk performance or some others related to it. You know, the weather is comfortable from June to August in Xining, and he can come among these days. Spare time is about 7-10 days.
