实习工作范围：
-协助公会项目的开展和管理；
-通过电话和邮件等方式与顾客联系沟通；
-配合各项会务工作的开展；
-从事一些文秘工作。
实习时间：6个月，开始期可面谈商定

Job Description:
• To assist in the project management;
• Communication by telephone and mail with customers;
• Daily administrative work;
• Managing social media (Facebook, Twitter, Wechat) and company website;
• Fully participate in the team.
• Further development and growth of the association members;
• Translate documents for the purpose of communication with the members;
• Offer members consulting services;
• Assist in the creation and execution of activities (Marketing) for members, such as theme days;
Student profile:
• should have social and communication skills;
• can work under pressure;
• is proactive to work;
• is a team player;
• is willing to learn;
• should have basic knowledge of the Windows Office software (Words, Excel, PowerPoint);
• should not have a 9 to 5 mentality;
• should have HBO level of education;
• should have an agreement with his/her school for this internship.

• English

• Dutch is a plus
