About the Huur-subsidie(rental subsidy), there is a test formular which you may directly figure out if you may get compensation or not.

It seems to be much lower of the income treshold than what the LZ mentioned for a couple.

Try to find out for your own possibility to get bonus before fill in that complicated dutch form.
