请问2%的购房税有效期到什么时候？

最近跟朋友聊天，她说有听说购房税（2%），也就是Dutch real estate transfer tax， 明年要涨到6%。她是听她朋友说的，还有她学车的荷兰教练说的。

请问最近关注买房的有人知道这个2%的税有效期到什么时候吗？如果变的话是7月变还是随时都可能啊？
有没有人有从中介听来的消息啊？ 或者有人有官方链接最好。

The permanent decrease of Dutch real estate transfer tax for residential properties from 6% to 2% as per July 1, 2012
A temporary decrease of the real estate transfer tax on acquisition of residential properties was introduced in 2011. This temporary decrease from 6% to 2% was scheduled to come to an end on July 1, 2012. The Bill now proposes to lift this temporary effect by making the 2% rate for residential properties permanently.
