do you need a room?

i have one free room now. 10-15 minutes to the center and university. there are two rooms in this appartment, and a 30 mm living room, big kitchen, shower and toliet. and garrage for bikes and car.

the appartment has TV, oven, micarowave, washing and dry machine, cleaning machine and all furniture. the room is 13 mm, you share the appartment with two nice girls.
