没有出生公证只有出生证明公证可以在市政厅注册吗

是这样的，我的情况比较麻烦，我父母十几年前就离异了，这十几年里都没跟父亲联系过，不知去向。因为现在办出生公证需要父母的身份证，我父亲的身份证肯定是没有办法出示的，所以公证处不给办。但是派出所开的出生证明公证（就是大使馆要求的第二样）开出来了，户口本公证（第三样）也开出来了，我手里还有十几年前的一份出生公证（时间太久)。

不知道我这种情况到时候到市政厅能不能给我登记，我如果带上出生证明公证双认证+户口本公证双认证+出生证公证（就是医院开的绿色的那本，不知道大使馆给不给做双认证）可不可以呢……我是去埃因霍温。

麻烦了解的兄弟姐妹们解答一下吧……

two documents required
       

1. one of the following:

    a legalised and certified true copy (#) of the court order
    OR
    a legalised and certified true copy (#) of the divorce booklet

AND

2. a legalised and certified true copy (#) of the updated and complete Hukou (*) with an endorsement confirming the divorce from the Public Security Bureau.
