没有出生公证只有出生证明公证可以在市政厅登记吗

在临行版里发过了，来这里听听前辈们的经验。

是这样的，我的情况比较麻烦，我父母十几年前就离异了，这十几年里都没跟父亲联系过，不知去向。因为现在办出生公证需要父母的身份证，我父亲的身份证肯定是没有办法出示的，所以公证处不给办。但是派出所开的出生证明公证（就是大使馆要求的第二样）开出来了，户口本公证（第三样）也开出来了，我手里还有十几年前的一份出生公证（时间太久)。

不知道我这种情况到时候到市政厅能不能给我登记，我如果带上出生证明公证双认证+户口本公证双认证+出生证公证（就是医院开的绿色的那本，不知道大使馆给不给做双认证）可不可以呢……
麻烦了解的兄弟姐妹们解答一下吧……

你有绿皮的出生证原件？那你费什么事？直接翻译那本绿皮本就行了，户口都不需要。

谢谢回复~打电话去外事办问过，他们说他们只认证96之后出生的出生证公证书，即使有医院开的绿本出生证，不是96年的他们不认证的……

下面这个：  96年以前的 没有出生公证书就比较麻烦了。你真得想想办法 搞到这个。
Regulations as of 1 June 2012:

Event        Documents to be submitted
Birth before 1 March 1996:
three documents required 需要三个
1. legalised ‘notarised certificate’ (#) stating 出生公证:
surname
given name(s)
date of birth
place of birth
father’s and mother’s names
AND
2. one of the following:
a legalised and certified true copy (#) of the parents’ Hukou (*), recording the person’s birth 父母的户口本;
OR
a legalised and certified true copy (#) of a hospital certificate stating explicitly that it may be used to record the birth in the Hukou register 户口登记时 医院开的证明;
OR
a legalised and certified true copy (#) of a Public Security Bureau certificate stating the information required 公安部门的证书;
AND
3. a legalised and certified true copy of the person’s own updated and complete (in some cases collective) Hukou (*). 你自己 （如果结婚）的户口本
#有一条： 单身户口未迁出， 只要父母的户口本就行。If an individual still lives with his or her parents and the parents’ Hukou states the birth data and the current situation, this single Hukou is sufficient.
Birth since 1 March 1996:
two documents required
1. an original ‘medical birth certificate’ (only for applications submitted in person)
AND
2. a legalised and certified true copy  (#) of the ‘medical birth certificate’.
