will you buy a house garden face to North east

we are searching for house now, just find one ideal one, but garden face to north east and door-keuken face to south west,will you consider=

same living room direction, is that  mean in winter no sunshine?
but also some people says if garden long enough it does not matter.
but i still worry maybe happens in spring or fall oppsite garden in sunshine but north  east garden all in schrduw

如果真的在意,屋子又不太遠的話,可以在早午晚三個時間各去看一次親身感受一下.很多荷蘭人在意園子方向是因為他們喜歡在花園坐和種花種草,如果兩樣都不太喜歡就不要緊吧.現在我們花園向西北,而且有一半被鄰居的屋子擋住,不過正是因為這樣,黃昏時日落太陽也不會曬進屋裏,不用關窗簾也不會變的很熱
