我就是想问一下，是不是买IPS保险两个月后才能申请IPS给报销医药费，如果刚买了不到两个月，那看病什么的是不是就不能报销呢？

Never heard of this two-month thing.
Your insurance period is written on your insurance card. Within the period you are insured. You can claim your money back as long as the accident happens during the the insured period. Why you need to wait for two months?
Maybe it's a good idea to go and read the IPS policy by yourself. It is more reliable than asking questions in here :)

IPS， 签了除非合同到期，不然死活不给终止。
